study case CPP

cite sket pasal stadi case yg kua test tadi...

Mr MYC nie ader ngadu yg die ader breathlessness(susah nk napas), fatigue(penat slalu), n palpitation(jantung berdegup kencang)..

current medication :

enalapril
gliclazide
metformin
aspirin

n Dr. pon diagnose die n cakap die ader congestive heart failure(CHF), hyperlipidemia n sinus arrythmia...n Doc prescibe drug baru, :

spirinolactone
simvastatin
metoprolol
amlodipine

soklan 1 : kalo bg simvastatin, ape laboratory monitoring yg kene wat n what is the frequency of the monitoring parameter??(4m)

soklan 2 : if the patient cannot tolerate with simvastatin, give another drug can be given to this patient which from different class.(1m)

soklan 3 : give 3 Pharmaceutical care issues for this patient.(30m)

total marks : 35 markah..
